Anthony Gravin, DPT
Anthony is originally from Carmichael, CA. He grew up participating avidly in athletics, ultimately focusing on football and baseball. He attended CSUS for undergrad, earning his BS in Biology before attending The University of Illinois (UIC) for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. During his coursework at UIC, Anthony became interested in orthopedic manual, “hands-on” physical therapy and clinical concepts of pain. This interest resulted in research opportunities focusing on the changes that occur within the nervous system with chronic pain and how manual therapy and exercise can help to reverse these changes. Following completion of his DPT degree, Anthony worked in an orthopedic setting I utilizing an Applied Functional Science approach to treatment which examines the entire body and kinetic chain for contributions to his patient’s pain. In his free time, Anthony enjoys camping, hiking and anything outdoors.
Angela Heintz, DPT
Angela is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended Mercyhurst University where she played collegiate basketball and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine. She continued on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020. Angela has completed clinical internships specializing in a variety of physical therapy settings including inpatient rehabilitation and sports medicine. She focused on treating patients who sustained traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, where she found her interest in neurological conditions. Due to her love of sports and being an avid Steeler fan, she completed a rotation at Rooney Sports Complex in Pittsburgh treating athletes of all competition levels. Angela has found a passion of treating patients as a whole. Along with treating orthopedic impairments, Angela enjoys working with patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, MS, traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Her goal is to get each patient as independent and pain free as possible to get them back to doing what they love! In her free time, Angela enjoys being outdoors hiking, mountain biking and staying as active as possible. She looks forward to exploring the West Coast and all that California has to offer!
Mahnoor, PT Tech
Noor grew up in Davis and moved to Live Oak in 2017. She is currently attending Sacramento State University and is majoring in Health Science. Noor finds happiness in assisting patients with their exercises during their visits to the clinic. In her free time, she enjoys watching Bollywood movies, reading, and spending time with her family.
Katrina, PT Tech
Katrina is a native of Live Oak and grew up attending school in the area. As a PT Tech, she greatly enjoys helping each patient throughout their rehabilitation process and supporting them as they achieve their goals. When Katrina is not at work, she likes spending time with her family as well as working in her garden.
Melissa, PT Tech
Melissa grew up in Colusa and is currently attending Sierra College with plans to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Her favorite part of her job as a PT Tech is getting to know the patients as she assists them with their exercises. During Melissa’s free time, she enjoys watching TV shows, painting, and listening to music.
