Jeremy Knedel, DPT
Jeremy is originally from Sacramento, California, where he attended Jesuit High School and played for the 2003 National Championship Soccer team. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and continued on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange County. Jeremy has experience treating a diverse population of patients ranging from Olympic Athletes to patients suffering from Stroke and balance disorders. He recently married his high school sweetheart and enjoys playing soccer, hiking, snowboarding, and traveling in his spare time.
Kathryn “Kate” Hickey, DPT
Kate is originally from Dracut, Massachusetts. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. She completed her final student rotation in Red Bluff, where she fell in love with Northern California and decided to move here after completing her doctorate. Kate is dedicated to restoring function that has been disrupted by pain or disability. She utilizes manual techniques, exercise, education, and modalities in her evidence-based practice. Kate enjoys paddle boarding, baking, spending time with friends, and exploring her new home in Northern California. She looks forward to serving the community of Live Oak.

Alma is our Physical Therapy Technician and has been a member of our team since July 2011. Alma assists in providing professional, quality care with a smile.
Antonio, PT Technician
Antonio “Tony” Montes is originally from Live Oak. He graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2016 with his Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. Tony enjoys working with athletes of all activity levels and hopes to pursue a career in Athletic Training. He has worked with the athletic training team at CSU Stanislaus, Yuba College, as well as with the Marysville Gold Sox. Tony is happy to return to his home town and help the community he grew up in.
